Welcome to Well Mama

The Well Mama Module was created in collaboration with the Chicago Public Library as a patient navigation tool to provide reliable information on maternal health.

Given the increase in maternal mortality (MM) and severe maternal morbidity (SMM) for some of our high-risk populations, the Well Mama module leverages our team’s library-academic research partnerships and our expertise addressing maternal health disparities to focus on 8 (eight) priority topic areas.
